1 General Terms

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use any services on bde33. We reserve the right to verify age and may request identification documents when necessary. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same IP address, or multiple accounts using the same payment details is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings. If any information changes, notify our support team immediately.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension and Termination

bde33 may suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time. You may withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, however bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be considered inactive if there is no activity for an extended period (12 consecutive months). A maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.

9 Limitation of Liability

bde33 bears no liability in the following cases:

• Loss resulting from user negligence or a security breach

In any situation, bde33's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited in that specific transaction.
